Caldremere
Privacy notice
No accounts, analytics or adverts: the little data this site handles and your rights over it.
The short version
No accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no outside scripts. We handle as little personal data as a website can.
Who is responsible
Caldremere publishes caldremere.com and is the data controller for the little personal data described here. Contact us at hello@caldremere.com.
Messages you send
We use your details only to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying, and delete them once the conversation is over unless a correction needs a record.
Server logs
Our host may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser and the page requested, to keep the site secure. They are not used to profile anyone and are deleted on a rolling basis.
On your device
No tracking or advertising cookies. Closing the cookie note stores one local setting. The mode select, the ready check, the party timer and the self-check work only in your open tab and save nothing.
Sharing
We never sell, rent or swap personal data, and share it only where the law requires.
Official game sites
Links to official sites take you to other companies with their own privacy notices.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted, and you can object to how it is used. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
The site is for a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from children. A parent or carer can ask us to delete anything a child has sent.
